The Question
It seems she doesn't want to eat much of his fancy food, cat food. But he does like a lot of the delectable squeeze ups. Now he is a diabetic and he's not eating near that much, but he's drinking a lot of water. And I don't know what to do.

A cat that has been diagnosed as diabetic but is still drinking a lot of water, not eating well, and is lethargic is likely not yet on the right insulin dose. It can take some time to get the dosage right, and even then, adjustments are often needed over the course of their life. It's important that you don't increase the dose without first discussing it with your vet because too high a dose of insulin can cause seizures, coma, or even death.
I strongly recommend booking Luna for a check-up with your regular vet as soon as possible.
Do be aware that many cats need to have weekly visits until their condition is stable, and it may be worth talking to your vet about monitoring Luna's blood sugar at home using a glucometer.
