He was good when i bought him his poop good but i gave him royal canin kitten nutriion dry foos 1-12 month as recommended by the ownerr but now she vomit one day i saw and diarreha only now feeling sick

I'm sorry to hear that Noni isn't well. Gastrointestinal upset isn't all that unusual in kittens, but there are quite a few different things that could be causing it.
First, and most importantly, if Noni is vomiting and unable to keep food down, he needs to be seen by a vet urgently. Kittens become dehydrated very quickly, and if there is a blockage in the intestine, this can be life-threatening.
The food you've been recommended is one I consider to be of very good quality, and I would say it is unlikely to be the cause of his clinical signs. Obviously, there are LOTS of different options for feeding cats and kittens, but right now, I would be focusing on getting Noni feeling better before thinking about changing foods.
It may simply be the stress of moving to a new home that has caused this gastrointestinal upset, but there are also some infections and parasites that should be ruled out, just to be on the safe side. Kittens can become dehydrated VERY quickly, so it's important to make sure he is getting plenty to eat and drink, and not losing fluid in vomit and diarrhea.
Intestinal worms are relatively common in kittens, so it would be a good idea to get Noni checked and weighed by a vet so he can be given an anti-worming treatment. It's worth noting that worming treatment can also cause some diarrhea and vomiting, so it's worth asking if Noni has been given a treatment recently. Protozoa called Giardia can be picked up from contaminated water and trigger vomiting and diarrhea, as can some bacterial and viral infections.
My advice would be to keep Noni on the Royal Canin food for now, but also offer some wet food of the same variety to increase his fluid intake. If the vomiting and diarrhea are still present, an appointment with your vet is your number one priority. If things are starting to settle down, give him a few days, then book him in for a check-up so he can get started on his vaccinations and parasite prevention.
If these troubles persist despite all the above, then I would consider trying a different food; one that is designed for sensitive stomachs. Your vet should be able to help you with this, and there are some good options here.
Keep him hydrated, but don't offer him milk, as this can cause diarrhea.
