The Question
My cat Loki has been pooping since he eats rice which is foreign on him because he only eats cat food (kibble). He poops many times as usual and it has color yellowish white like grayish something. He seems unwell, weaker (not energetic) and he refuses to drink water sometimes
Quick Info about Loki

Hi Patric,
Thanks so much for writing in. Although it's unusual for something bland like rice to cause diarrhea, any sudden changes in your cat's food can trigger gastrointestinal upset, and that goes double for kittens. It is also possible that there was something else in the rice that is responsible for these signs, or it could be something else entirely, and not because of the rice at all.
My biggest concern is that Loki is very young and very small, so he can become dehydrated very quickly, and the lack of energy in an 8-week-old kitten is also very worrying. The best course of action is to get Loki seen by a veterinarian ASAP. They may want to run some tests to make sure there's nothing more serious going on, and they'll be able to give him something to settle his tummy too.
Good luck!
Dr Karyn
